Stress is your body's way of responding to any kind of demand. It can be caused by both good and bad experiences. When people feel stressed by something going on around them, their bodies react by releasing chemicals into the blood. Many different things can cause stress -- from physical (such as fear of something dangerous) to emotional (such as worry over your family or job.) Identifying what may be causing you stress is often the first step in learning how to better deal with your stress.

 

I consider stress a really dangerous sickness, it could cause you even the death, and unfortunately the mayority of the people  from this century has it. Work day by day continues making harder and more stressing. The price of things, like food, clothes and fun is constantly increasing but our payments don´t. Our necessities increase but debts even more, to the point of becoming unreachable and that is one of the main reason of stress. Debts.

 

In teenagers the most common reason is "school". Sometimes we overwhelm so much with homeworks and exams that our body starts exploding because we think our capacity is getting to the top, and we dont have to see it always that way. We have to learn to handle the stress, and for that first of all we have to organize our time, dont leave everything to the end because that is when stress becomes.

 

I think that the best solution for this sickness is to make our life different, with this I mean to not make it a routine. Change, go travel whenever we can, take a breath, relax, and then continue stronger. Thats what I suggest, and i think it would be a really great solution.

 

 

Adriana Macias at UNIVA!

This Wednesday, March 5th, Adriana Macias visited us at campus Univa to give to the students a really convincing speech about relations at our age, and with the word relations, I'm referring to have boyfriend or girlfriend. She told us that first of all, we have to accept and love ourselves, if we are not comfortable with ourselves we are not going to be with anyone, and that little-big thing is called self-steem!, wich is very important to keep us up, everytime we are down.

Second, we have to learn that having boyfriend is not everything in life! and more at our age, because we are in high school to enjoy with our friends, have fun as much as we can, 'cause then college would come and we would not be able to have so much fun as now. So dont let a stupid girl or a stupid boy hurt your feelings, because you are so valuable, dont let words bring you down. You are beautiful no matter what they say, like the song. 

 

The third point that she mentioned was, the types of relations:

Madrugadora
Carcelera
Super-Heroe
Nada que ver
Media Naranja

 

Lets see what they are about:
Madrugadora: You still super young to have a relation and despite that you still have boy(girl)friend just to feel cool.
Carcelera: The type of relation in where you cant do nothing, just because your boyfriend is preventing you and not letting you, like if he was your father.
Super-Heroe: In where you think you can change the bad boy into a perfect good guy.
Media Naranja: In where you and your boyfriend are perfect as a couple, is the most healthy relation.

 And the last point she presented, was her conclusion, that in key words could be: "Dont make stupid things that could hurt you and last forever", "You could regret about the things you had done"

In my opinion, Adriana Macias is a really amazing and sucessfull person, that even tough her lack of arms, she has a super positive attitude that make her life easier and help her to solve all her problems.

Everyone should think that way.

Jalisco's Gabinet 2013

 

With the change of government something new came, new government new gabinet,  and it is already functioning. Last February 28th, Arturo Zamora presented Aristoteles gabinet and it is composed by:

Well, I didnt want to Aristoteles win the elections but despite that, I think that he choose correctly because all of them are prepared and i think they will know what their function is. The best desicion from the gabinet i think is Jaime Agustin Gonzales, because he is the head of the Civil Hospital in Guadalajara, so he knows how is the bussines there, so his job is perfect in that place. The only one that didnt convince me at all is the Ministry of education, i think he coulde be thinner and cause a better impresion in society.

Union Leader Teacher, ARRESTED.

 

Elba Esther Gordillo was detained by the presumed crime of operation with resources of ilegal provenance. La PGR accused the leader of SNTE of embezzlement by 2 000 600 million pesos.

The arresment of the teacher Elba Esther Gordillo,  was widely known. Here is how she was arrested:

• Elba Esther Gordillo was arrested in Toluca came from San Diego.
• From 2008-2011 resources were diverted accounts education workers to individuals accounts.
• The resources of the education workers were used to pay a credit card the store Neiman Marcus.
• Money laundering Elba Esther Gordillo was made ​​through accounts located in Switzerland and Liechtenstein,
• Elba Esther Gordillo reported income from 2009 to 2012 by 1.1 million, much less than the deposits investigated.
• The teacher is involved in diversion of 2 billion pesos spent on beauty clinics, department stores and art galleries.

We still dont know if the law would be applied totally, but we are sure of one thing, right now she is in jail, and it's the most fair thing that Enrique Peña Nieta could have done for Mexico and all the teachers in this country.
